The communication with the escalation team was superb. They jumped in asking all of the pertinent questions and paying attention to what I was telling them. A fix has already been rolled out and applying the latest software update should resolve this for you. And another concern I had was that there is no Cartoon Network channel on philo. You guys have add ons for starz and epix but why no Cartoon Network or showtime? Doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. And the last thing I wanted to add is why do some channels not have all the seasons?
But overall I like the app and all the good shows it had but it needs a lot of improvements. Appreciate the feedback! Normally what's available for content is decided among the network channels themselves. We do offer unlimited DVR so that you can record your shows whenever more episodes air!
